Shipping Policy
● We currently ship within the UAE.
● Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
● Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location.
● Shipping timelines may vary during promotions or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of health and consumable products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
● Opened, used, or tampered products
● Products purchased during promotions or discounts (unless damaged)
✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
● The product is damaged during delivery
● You received an incorrect item
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:
● Order number
● Clear photos/videos of the issue
Refund Process
● Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
● Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect
● Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side
